Do vs Does

What's difference between do and does?

(Do our does me kiya ferq hy?)

As regards their meaning, there is no difference between do and does.
(Jahaan tak maini ka ta'alluq hy, "do" our "does" me koi ferq nhi hy.)
Do and does are usually used in questions and negative sentences.
(Do our does amuman sawalia our manfi jumlo'n me istamal hote hain.)

When does is used?

Does is used with he/she/it/singular noun.
(Does ka istamal he/she/it/singular noun, k saath hota hy.)
For example:
Does he play cricket? "Yes he plays."
She does not play tennis.
This is a cat. It does not like rice.
Does Salman go to school. "No. He does not."

When do is used?

Do is used with they/you/we/plural names
Do ka istamal they/you/we/plural names k saath hota hy.)
For example:
Do you like meat? No. I do not.
We do not eat pasta.
They do not have a car.
The boys do not go to school.
